Historical Development

You can view the historical trajectory of Reduce from its establishment to the present.

  • 2004
    • Rong Jhen Technology Co., Ltd. was established. Initially, its main business was manufacturing optoelectronic semiconductor structural components, TFT LCD TV automated handling system frames, and sheet metal. Focusing on high-precision machining, it laid the foundation for self-imposed quality requirements and manufacturing.
  • 2006
    • Reduce joined the “M-TEAM Dual-Core Collaborative Program for the Machine Tool Industry,” guided by the Metal Industries Research & Development Centre (MIRDC), and collaborated with Yeong Chin Machinery and Victor Taichung Machinery Works to improve manufacturing process rationalization. This marked the company’s official shift of its business focus toward the design and manufacturing of machine enclosures and telescopic covers.
  • 2012
    • To enhance overall manufacturing capabilities, we have established our own painting equipment. We have also begun applying for related process and structural patents year by year.
  • 2016
    • Maintain a focus on mechanical sheet metal and protective cover products, and continue to deepen customized and modular design capabilities.
  • 2017
    • Targeting the environmental engineering field, the company established the Reduce brand and designed and developed heat pump sludge dryers. It also established electromechanical and processing departments to increase self-sufficiency in production.

  • 2019
    • Taking advantage of R&D innovation and design, we manufactured the first continuous heat pump dryer test machine.
      2019
    • Demonstrating its strengths in innovative R&D and design, Reduce successfully developed its first continuous heat pump sludge dryer. In response to the growing environmental demands, the company also successfully developed a large-scale continuous dryer.

    • Partnering with a domestic food manufacturer to adopt Reduce heat pump drying equipment.

    • Developed a small batch heat pump dryer for the electroplating chemical industry in response to the demand of small production volume and easy installation.

    • Based on environmental protection equipment technology, we have successfully developed a precision oil filter product.

    • Import fiber laser cutting machine and handheld laser welding machine
    • In 2023, we participated in the EMO exhibition in Germany - Fujirit Precision Filter Machine, to expand our brand awareness in overseas markets.

    • Promote the ISO 14064-1 greenhouse gas inventory project.
  • 2024
    • Participating in the GRINDING HUB professional grinding machine exhibition in Germany in 2024.

    • Participating in the Japan Jimtof Exhibition in 2024

    • ISO 14064-1 greenhouse gas inventory certification audit, and launch of the ISO 14067 carbon footprint project.
    • We continuously innovate and improve our equipment and products to gradually realize our sustainable business philosophy, while also contributing to environmental protection.

To fully leverage our strengths and fulfill our mission, Reduce has formulated a clear product plan to move toward the vision of “applying innovative intelligence and sharing compounded resources.”

  • Over the next three to five years, we plan to expand our global vision, starting with sludge and waste recycling, venturing into acid recycling, and ultimately aiming for water recycling. We will apply our products to sludge treatment in the food industry, electroplating water treatment in the chemical industry, waste resource recycling, kitchen waste treatment in catering, construction, processing of Chinese medicinal materials and pharmaceuticals in the biotechnology industry, treatment of agricultural and livestock waste, and urban sewage treatment.
