Reduce has received recognition from all sectors and has been receiving additional orders from customers.

This time, Ruideshi served a client located in Kaohsiung who specializes in environmental engineering projects related to urban sewer system wastewater treatment, sludge reduction, and domestic water recycling. Compared to previous clients whose drying projects mainly involved relatively simple wastes such as food and metals, the difference lies in the more complex composition of domestic water and sludge waste. Therefore, the environmental protection equipment needs to be highly adaptable to handle various situations, such as the introduction of foreign matter, and the varying hardness and moisture content of the sludge due to its complex composition.

Foreign object ingress detection and early warning system prevents equipment malfunctions.

Foreign matter contamination is a common problem in sludge reduction drying processes. Reduce addresses this by incorporating a torque limiting mechanism and sensors into the drive motor of its heat pump dryer, serving as a foreign matter contamination early warning system. When sludge waste is being fed into the feeding mechanism, if foreign matter causes torque overload during the feeding process, the machine automatically stops temporarily and issues a warning to personnel to remove the foreign matter. This avoids the maintenance and prolonged downtime costs associated with equipment damage.

The drying oven unit has multiple functions and effectively reduces waste sludge.

Addressing the challenges of varying sludge hardness and moisture content due to its complex composition, the Reduce heat pump dryer boasts a variety of patented design features. Its specially designed conveyor structure at the oven feed end effectively addresses these issues by mixing, crushing, extruding, and uniformly distributing the sludge and waste, thus significantly reducing the volume of dried sludge or waste. Furthermore, a pulse dust removal system greatly minimizes dust generated during the drying process as moisture content decreases, maintaining the dryer's high drying efficiency.

Comprehensive equipment setup service including delivery, installation, and testing.

Reduce has extensive experience in the production and engineering of environmental protection equipment, and has sufficient after-sales service capabilities. Not only are all of its heat pump dryers designed and manufactured on its own production lines, but professional engineers can also come to the factory for installation, commissioning, and training of construction personnel. Routine on-site maintenance and upkeep are also arranged to maintain the operation of process equipment and improve production capacity.
