Sludge and waste of precious metal is less than other industries and the materials are extremely dry and hard. Different material and model of equipment aiming for different sludge
To deal with inorganic sludge that has complex composition, huge difference in physical properties such as hardness, specific heat, and moisture content, Reduce R&D team designs two batch heat pump dryers to dry the whole batch of sludge at once, the wagon loaded with sludge is pushed into the equipment and pulled out after a set time. This could reduce human resource burnout effectively.
Reduce’s equipment can process high-hardness inorganic sludge
R&D team adjusts parameters and machine operation time, adopts heat pump system to dry the materials to the standard status (moisture content below 20%). Sludge accumulated in the plant should be able to be gradually transformed into marketable products approximately in late 2021. Other than that, we use air pulse filter equipment to overcome dust issues and the dust will be constrained in the dry areas; not only it maintains the efficacy of the equipment, but also subtracts the needs to clean the pipes and hence reduces the costs of maintenance.
