Reduce’s heat pump dryer is highly commended by meat product processing factories

This client is a meat product processing company based in southern Taiwan, produces mainly meat products such as ham and sausage, and produces products for famous chain restaurants. In order to dry and dewater organic sludge generated in meat production process and to reduce disposal costs, client came to Reduce for help and we provided customized design of the massive drying equipment which is in accordance with the standard of processing daily sludge over 10 ton, and achieves both goals of “production and discharge, sludge disposal”.
Great customization ability to reduce the energy consumed during operation
The harsh environmental conditions of organic sludge could cause severe erosion of equipment and copper pipes. Reduce identified the environmental factors that have actual impact on the equipment regarding feeding, discharging, and customization. As to hardware, we perform sludge extruder fine tune for oily sludge with high viscosity; non-woven fabric is used for external conveyor to enhance equipment completeness. For software, R&D team performs long-term observation on sludge drying effects in order to adjust heat pump parameters for adopting best conditions available to fulfill the requirements of performance.
Various new functions to ensure normal operation of machines
On the other hand, in order to resolve the bottleneck of abnormal function or damage of equipment caused by foreign matters in the sludge, R&D team add torque limiters and alarm mechanism at the entrance of foreign matters and internal convey device to protect equipment and minimize the damage area; we also add different devices at block-sensitive regions to reduce potential blocks. Furthermore, we add sensor switch to instantly shut down the equipment when blocking and to inform operators to avoid damage.
To expand our service areas, from each RX-9000 heat pump dryer delivery to this day, Reduce continues to optimize and adjust equipment’s functions, customize interface presentation to better fit customers’ needs based on users’ feedback. We further add heat radiation components to enhance equipment stability, solving space and traffic flow issues and avoiding higher process fee for our clients, enhancing factory utilization rates and reducing disposal costs.
